La RDA (The Recommended Dietary Allowance) per la vitamina B6 \u00e8 1.3 milligrammi per uomini e donne di et\u00e0 compresa fra 19 e 50 anni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Un&#8217;elevata dose giornaliera di vitamina B6 \u00e8 in grado di ridurre i livelli dei composti infiammatori che si producono nelle persone che soffrono di artrite reumatoide. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c8 quello che afferma un recente studio effettuato dai ricercatori dell\u2019universit\u00e0 di medicina \u201cChung Shan\u201d in Taiwan. I risultati dello studio, pubblicati nell\u2019<em>European Journal of Clinical Nutrition<\/em>, mostrano che <strong>i livelli dei composti proinfiammatori, interluchina-6 (IL-6) e il fattore alfa di necrosi tumorale (TNF-alpha), diminuivano significativamente dopo aver consumato supplementi di vitamina B6 di 100 milligrammi per 12 settimane<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ad ogni modo non \u00e8 stato osservato nessun cambiamento per la piridossal-5-fosfato (PLP), la forma attiva della vitamina B6, in relazione ai livelli della proteina reattiva C (CRP), che rappresenta un altro marker dell\u2019infiammazione.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ai fini dello studio i ricercatori hanno reclutato 35 partecipanti.
