Il Dr Joe Vinson, dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Scranton in Pennsylvania e autore dello la ricerca \u2013 ha sottolineato che anche altri studi pubblicati da altri scienziati, giungono alla stessa conclusione. C\u2019\u00e8 significativa evidenza epidemiologica che il consumo di caff\u00e8 riduce il rischio di diabete di tipo 2.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La molecola identificata non si trova soltanto nel caff\u00e8 verde (la torrefazione denatura la molecola a causa delle alte temperature raggiunte), ma fa parte di un gruppo di sostanze attive che troviamo naturalmente anche in mele, ciliegie, prugne, prugne secche, cos\u00ec come altri frutti e ortaggi.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Lo studio si \u00e8 concentrato sugli effetti di un integratore alimentare a base di estratto di caff\u00e8 verde.Tuttavia altri studi hanno concentrato l&#8217;interesse sulla tazzina di caff\u00e8 giungendo alle stesse conclusioni.
