I risultati ottenuti, pubblicati su <em>Nutritional Neuroscience<\/em>, hanno suggerito che effettivamente sussiste un collegamento tra questi due tipi di dieta ed una maggiore frequenza o gravit\u00e0 dell\u2019emicrania.<!--more--><\/h2>\n<p>I ricercatori hanno analizzato i dati di diversi adulti, di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 18 e i 64 anni, ai quali era stata diagnosticata emicrania episodica a seguito di visite nei pressi di una clinica ambulatoriale locale dopo manifestazioni di cefalea. Per valutare i livelli di aderenza alle suddette diete, i ricercatori hanno usato l\u2019Healthy Eating Index-2010, un indice per la valutazione del modello comportamentale dell\u2019alimentazione.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I risultati hanno mostrato che le persone con un livello di aderenza alla dieta mediterranea pi\u00f9 basso, ossia coloro che praticamente lo seguivano di meno, soffrivano di attacchi di emicrania pi\u00f9 gravi e pi\u00f9 frequenti. Inoltre \u00e8 stato trovato anche un collegamento con l\u2019aderenza alla dieta DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension): le persone con un livello di aderenza pi\u00f9 basso mostravano di soffrire di attacchi di emicrania pi\u00f9 gravi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In conclusione, i ricercatori dall\u2019analisi dei risultati, hanno dunque tratto che le persone <strong>che consumano pi\u00f9 verdura, frutta, legumi e semi oleosi e quelle che seguono maggiormente i modelli dietetici mediterranei o la dieta DASH, <\/strong>avevano una maggiore probabilit\u00e0 di soffrire di attacchi di emicrania di minore gravit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Fonte:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1080\/1028415X.2021.1963065?src=&amp;journalCode=ynns20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Associations between diet quality, DASH and Mediterranean dietary patterns and migraine characteristics<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Francesca M.
