{"id":10107,"date":"2016-05-03T09:33:51","date_gmt":"2016-05-03T09:33:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=10107"},"modified":"2016-05-04T09:40:21","modified_gmt":"2016-05-04T09:40:21","slug":"funiber-consumo-frutas-ajuda-a-prevenir-doencas-cardiacas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2016\/05\/03\/funiber-consumo-frutas-ajuda-a-prevenir-doencas-cardiacas","title":{"rendered":"Consumo de frutas ajuda a prevenir doen\u00e7as card\u00edacas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Pessoas que consomem frutas t\u00eam menor risco de sofrer ataque card\u00edaco ou acidente cerebrovascular<\/h2>\n<p>O consumo de frutas frescas todos os dias poderia ajudar \u00e0s pessoas a prevenir ataques card\u00edacos e acidentes cerebrovasculares (ACV), de acordo com um estudo realizado na China. <strong>Os adultos que consumiram maior quantidade de ma\u00e7\u00e3s e laranjas tiveram uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 um ter\u00e7o no risco de morte<\/strong> por alguma das duas doen\u00e7as antes mencionadas, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as pessoas que comiam frutas poucas vezes ou nunca.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nlm.nih.gov\/medlineplus\/spanish\/news\/fullstory_158214.html\" target=\"_blank\">Dra Liming Li, vice-presidente da Academia Chinesa de Ci\u00eancias M\u00e9dicas<\/a>, em Beijing, em coordena\u00e7\u00e3o com seus colaboradores, conseguiu recolher dados de 500 mil adultos de idade entre 30 e 79 anos, entre 2004 e 2009, considerando apenas os que n\u00e3o apresentavam antecedentes de doen\u00e7as card\u00edacas.<\/p>\n<p>Menos de um em cada cinco consumia o equivalente a meia ta\u00e7a de fruta diariamente, mas aqueles que comiam fruta todos os dias tinham uma press\u00e3o arterial e \u00edndice de a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue mais baixos, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as pessoas que comiam fruta com menor frequ\u00eancia. <strong>\u201cO consumo de fruta \u00e9 importante para a sa\u00fade cardiovascular\u201d, destacou a doutora Liming.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estudos anteriores apontam que as dietas ricas em frutas est\u00e3o associadas a um menor risco de doen\u00e7a card\u00edaca, mas poucos desses estudos realizavam-se em pa\u00edses da \u00c1sia. No caso do estudo realizado por Liming, devido \u00e0 natureza da pesquisa, n\u00e3o se p\u00f4de provar que a ingest\u00e3o de fruta causasse redu\u00e7\u00e3o das doen\u00e7as card\u00edacas, apenas se identificou uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A doutora Liming indicou que as frutas de maior consumo na China s\u00e3o as peras e as laranjas, enquanto que nos Estados Unidos s\u00e3o as ma\u00e7\u00e3s e as bananas.
