Atualmente, n\u00e3o tem cura alguma e afeta 5 milh\u00f5es de pessoas com mais de 65 anos em todo o mundo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O principal fator que influi na apari\u00e7\u00e3o do Parkinson \u00e9 a falta de dopamina, um neurotransmissor presente em diversas \u00e1reas do c\u00e9rebro, especialmente importante para a fun\u00e7\u00e3o motora do organismo.\u00a0 Embora se desconhe\u00e7a a origem desta doen\u00e7a, \u00e9 importante destacar a rela\u00e7\u00e3o existente entre a falta de dopamina com a <strong>ingest\u00e3o excessiva de certos alimentos, como s\u00e3o as gorduras saturadas de origem animal, incluindo as gorduras l\u00e1cteas; dietas altas em prote\u00ednas e um baixo consumo de legumes.<\/strong> Tudo isso favorece a escassez desta subst\u00e2ncia no organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Podemos encontrar diferentes alternativas naturais para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o desta doen\u00e7a:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013<strong>O ch\u00e1 verde:<\/strong> bebida antioxidante que, ademais, tem a dopamina entre seus componentes principais. Um estudo na National University College of Medecine de Seul, demonstrou que o ch\u00e1 verde reduziu a taxa de morte cerebral em 50% em ratos.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013<strong>Alimentos ricos em vitamina E:<\/strong> a vitamina E constitui um poderoso antioxidante que pode ajudar a proteger as c\u00e9lulas do c\u00e9rebro. Exemplos destes alimentos s\u00e3o: o espinafre, o br\u00f3colis, os frutos secos em geral, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013<strong>A cafe\u00edna:<\/strong> considerado o novo descobrimento da atualidade para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o do Parkinson, G. Webster Ross, neurologista no Central Medic para veteranos de Honolulu, desenvolveu um estudo atrav\u00e9s da <strong>ingest\u00e3o de cinco ta\u00e7as de caf\u00e9 di\u00e1rias<\/strong>. Evidenciou-se que atrasa a apari\u00e7\u00e3o da doen\u00e7a e impede a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da mesma, j\u00e1 que a cafe\u00edna cont\u00e9m altos n\u00edveis de dopamina.<\/p>\n<p>Outro fator a considerar \u00e9 o <strong>exerc\u00edcio<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m de escolher os alimentos adequados, \u00e9 recomend\u00e1vel desenvolver uma rotina de atividade f\u00edsica em nosso dia a dia, j\u00e1 que o Parkinson afeta a parte locomotora de nosso corpo (os m\u00fasculos).
