Ao menos \u00e9 o que indica um estudo realizado por pesquisadores espanh\u00f3is com 39 participantes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a pesquisa publicada no <a href=\"http:\/\/www.journals.elsevier.com\/journal-of-sport-and-health-science\" target=\"_blank\"><em><strong>Journal of Sport and Health Science<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, ao correr descal\u00e7o o atleta desenvolve uma t\u00e9cnica mais eficiente de contato entre o p\u00e9 e o solo. A t\u00e9cnica <strong>evita um impacto negativo<\/strong> sobre a sa\u00fade e otimiza o rendimento esportivo do esportista.<\/p>\n<p>Os resultados contribuem para um debate sobre as vantagens e inconvenientes da pr\u00e1tica que vem sendo objeto de estudo por pesquisadores e cresce como tend\u00eancia entre corredores de longa dist\u00e2ncia. No Qu\u00eania, pa\u00eds conhecido por gerar muitos campe\u00f5es de corrida, o m\u00e9todo \u00e9 comum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detalhes que importam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para conhecer se <strong>a corrida descal\u00e7a<\/strong> promove benef\u00edcios para a sa\u00fade, os pesquisadores espanh\u00f3is reuniram os corredores volunt\u00e1rios durante 12 semanas. Para o estudo, eles deveriam desenvolver exerc\u00edcios espec\u00edficos com cargas progressivas em uma grama natural comparando os movimentos com cal\u00e7ados e sem cal\u00e7ados.<\/p>\n<p>De maneira progressiva, a t\u00e9cnica da corrida descal\u00e7a foi adicionada ao volume de treino para conhecer como o movimento muscular dos atletas reagiam. Os corredores de <strong>apoio retrasado<\/strong> modificaram a pisada para um padr\u00e3o mais adiantado, tanto numa velocidade m\u00e9dia como em velocidades mais aceleradas.<\/p>\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 rota\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00e9 e do tornozelo, encontrou-se uma varia\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 13,8% na rota\u00e7\u00e3o mais externa. De acordo com um dos autores do estudo, <a href=\"http:\/\/directorio.ugr.es\/static\/PersonalUGR\/*\/show\/d225cfb63b5f6cb75ed7ee42d8158b54\" target=\"_blank\">Victor Manuel Soto Hermoso<\/a>, professor do departamento de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o F\u00edsica e Esportiva da Universidade de Granada (Espanha), \u201co treino baseado na corrida descal\u00e7a, aplicado de maneira correta, produz mudan\u00e7as significativas no tipo de apoio, independentemente da velocidade do atleta\u201d, explicou.<\/p>\n<p>Por\u00e9m, \u00e9 importante <strong>ser prudente na hora de come\u00e7ar a correr descal\u00e7o<\/strong>.
