De todas as formas, embora a quinoa seja uma boa fonte de nutrientes, \u00e9 importante consumi-la como parte de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada junto a outros tipos de alimentos, a fim de obter uma boa nutri\u00e7\u00e3o geral.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 interessante conhecer a composi\u00e7\u00e3o nutricional da quinoa para a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o humana, pois \u00e9 rica em amino\u00e1cidos essenciais, carboidratos complexos, fibras e outros nutrientes. Quanto \u00e0s vitaminas, a quinoa \u00e9 boa fonte de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.webconsultas.com\/dieta-y-nutricion\/dieta-equilibrada\/micronutrientes\/vitaminas\/vitamina-e-1821\">vitamina E<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.webconsultas.com\/dieta-y-nutricion\/dieta-equilibrada\/micronutrientes\/vitaminas\/vitamina-b2-1815\">riboflavina (B2)<\/a>\u00a0e\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.webconsultas.com\/dieta-y-nutricion\/dieta-equilibrada\/micronutrientes\/vitaminas\/acido-folico-1824\">\u00e1cido f\u00f3lico (B9)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A quinoa \u00e9 uma boa op\u00e7\u00e3o para aumentar a variedade da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas cel\u00edacas, diab\u00e9ticas ou com doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, porque:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pode ajudar a <strong>reduzir o colesterol LDL<\/strong> (ou colesterol mau) do organismo e <strong>elevar o colesterol HDL<\/strong> (ou colesterol bom), gra\u00e7as a seu conte\u00fado em <strong>\u00e1cidos graxos, \u00f4mega 3 e \u00f4mega 6<\/strong>, segundo um estudo realizado pela <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/fileadmin\/templates\/aiq2013\/res\/es\/cultivo_quinua_es.pdf\">FAO<\/a>; e<\/li>\n<li>uma equipe de pesquisadores do <strong>King\u2019s College Londres<\/strong> comprovou que se um cel\u00edaco tiver uma <a href=\"http:\/\/www.celiacos.com\/category\/productos-sin-gluten\/\">dieta sem gl\u00faten<\/a>,mas rica em quinoa, pode recuperar a fun\u00e7\u00e3o do intestino em muito menos tempo.
