{"id":10627,"date":"2016-07-12T11:51:34","date_gmt":"2016-07-12T11:51:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=10627"},"modified":"2016-07-13T11:56:05","modified_gmt":"2016-07-13T11:56:05","slug":"funiber-beneficios-graos-integrais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2016\/07\/12\/funiber-beneficios-graos-integrais","title":{"rendered":"Benef\u00edcios dos gr\u00e3os integrais"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Estudo indica que o consumo de gr\u00e3os integrais pode ajudar a reduzir doen\u00e7as card\u00edacas e o c\u00e2ncer<\/h2>\n<p>Um estudo permitiu identificar que aquelas pessoas que comem tr\u00eas ou mais por\u00e7\u00f5es de gr\u00e3os integrais por dia t\u00eam um risco 20% menor de morrer prematuramente em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com aqueles que comem menos gr\u00e3os integrais ou evitam com\u00ea-los.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O autor do estudo, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsph.harvard.edu\/qi-sun\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dr Qi Sun<\/a>, professor assistente de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o da Faculdade de Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica da Universidade de Harvard, manifestou que <strong>quanto maior era a ingest\u00e3o de gr\u00e3os integrais, menor era a taxa de mortalidade, principalmente nos casos de mortes por doen\u00e7a cardiovascular.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os gr\u00e3os integrais cont\u00eam o gr\u00e3o inteiro, incluindo a casca ou salvado, o n\u00facleo ou germe, e a capa m\u00e9dia ou endosperma, conservando todos seus nutrientes. Geralmente as pessoas consomem gr\u00e3os refinados, que foram mo\u00eddos utilizando um processo que elimina o farelo de cereais, o germe e a fibra, ocasionando a perda da fibra e da vitamina B.<\/p>\n<p>A aveia, o trigo integral, o arroz integral e a farinha de milho integral s\u00e3o os produtos com maior disponibilidade nos mercados.\u00a0 A aveia, a quinoa, o arroz integral, os flocos de aveia, o trigo bulgur e o arroz selvagem.<\/p>\n<p>Para a pesquisa, foram analisados os resultados de 12 estudos, al\u00e9m de incluir os dados das pesquisas nacionais de sa\u00fade e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o. Obteve-se informa\u00e7\u00e3o de quase 800 mil homens e mulheres dos Estados Unidos, Reino Unido e pa\u00edses escandinavos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Os resultados mostram que se reduz em 25% o risco de morrer por doen\u00e7a card\u00edaca ou acidente cerebrovascular quando as pessoas consumiam 48 gramas de gr\u00e3os integrais por dia, e ao parecer o risco de morrer de c\u00e2ncer se reduziu em 15%<\/strong>.
