A atividade f\u00edsica regular poderia melhorar a sa\u00fade do cora\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>De acordo com a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Americana do Cora\u00e7\u00e3o (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.heart.org\/HEARTORG\/\" target=\"_blank\">American Heart Association<\/a>), h\u00e1 sete fatores que est\u00e3o relacionados \u00e0 sa\u00fade do seu cora\u00e7\u00e3o: <strong>a atividade f\u00edsica<\/strong>, a dieta, o colesterol total, o a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue, o \u00edndice de massa corporal, a press\u00e3o arterial e o fumo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Os maus h\u00e1bitos de sa\u00fade, aliados ao estresse, aumentam de maneira significativa o risco de sofrer <strong>a fibrila\u00e7\u00e3o auricular<\/strong>, um transtorno comum do ritmo card\u00edaco que pode provocar co\u00e1gulos sangu\u00edneos, insufici\u00eancia card\u00edaca e outras complica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Estudos recentes v\u00eam demonstrando esta rela\u00e7\u00e3o. <strong>Pesquisadores sugerem que ao promover uma boa sa\u00fade card\u00edaca podemos prevenir a fibrila\u00e7\u00e3o auricular<\/strong>. Um exemplo \u00e9 o estudo realizado com mais de 26 mil mulheres.
