{"id":12172,"date":"2017-01-10T09:00:12","date_gmt":"2017-01-10T09:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=12172"},"modified":"2017-01-03T14:23:22","modified_gmt":"2017-01-03T14:23:22","slug":"berlin-libera-principal-avenida-carros-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/arquitetura-e-desenho\/2017\/01\/10\/berlin-libera-principal-avenida-carros-2019","title":{"rendered":"Berlin libera sua principal avenida de carros em 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>A famosa avenida de Berlin, que vai desde o Port\u00e3o de Brandeburgo at\u00e9 a ponte Schlossbr\u00fccke, ficar\u00e1 livre de ve\u00edculos privados a partir do ano 2019 de acordo com um projeto que parte da Coaliz\u00e3o Verde atrav\u00e9s de seu Grupo de Trabalho de Mobilidade e Transporte<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O tripartido de esquerda, que se prepara para governar Berlim, quer fechar o tr\u00e1fico da Avenida Unter den Linden e deix\u00e1-la aberta exclusivamente para pedestres, ciclistas, transporte p\u00fablico e de carga.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, se est\u00e1 trabalhando em uma amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da linha de metr\u00f4 U5 pr\u00f3xima a esta avenida e que passar\u00e1 sob a mesma, pelo que j\u00e1 se desviou parte do tr\u00e1fico. Antes que se come\u00e7assem as obras do metr\u00f4, cada dia circulavam 30.000 autom\u00f3veis, enquanto agora j\u00e1 se conseguiu reduzir para 8.000.<\/p>\n<p>A ideia da coaliz\u00e3o \u00e9 enquadrar este projeto na <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rbb-online.de\/politik\/wahl\/berlin\/agh\/koalitionsverhandlungen-berlin-verkehr-stadtentwicklung-.html\" target=\"_blank\">Lei de Mobilidade<\/a>, conhecida como Lei de Ciclismo Urbano, que come\u00e7ar\u00e1 a funcionar durante este ano 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme publica o jornal alem\u00e3o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zeit.de\/mobilitaet\/2016-06\/berlin-fahrrad-volksentscheid\" target=\"_blank\">Zeit<\/a>, com esta lei se pretende, entre outras quest\u00f5es, conseguir uma rede com 350 quil\u00f4metros de rotas seguras para ciclistas, remodelar anualmente as 75 interse\u00e7\u00f5es mais perigosas da cidade, construir 200 mil biciclet\u00e1rios para estacionamento nas esta\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte p\u00fablico e nas rotas, e que as ciclovias tenham dois metros de largura ou, n\u00e3o sendo assim, obst\u00e1culos nas avenidas principais.<\/p>\n<p>A Alemanha \u00e9 um dos pa\u00edses <strong>europeus mais conscientizados<\/strong> sobre a necessidade de uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica verde. Como reflexo dessa preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gica e das regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es promovidas pela Uni\u00e3o Europeia (UE), em 2006 o governo impulsionou uma <strong>lei antipolui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> que inclu\u00eda a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os verdes urbanos.
