Dessa maneira, Lisa conseguiu elaborar uma metodologia, avalizada pela <a href=\"http:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Escola Europeia de Coaching<\/a>\u00a0que conta com cinco n\u00edveis tang\u00edveis de medi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>N\u00edvel 1: Rea\u00e7\u00e3o\/Satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Atrav\u00e9s de uma pesquisa de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, recomenda-se medir o grau em que o coachee\/cliente avalia o impacto que o processo de Coaching teve em sua vida, seja profissional e\/ou pessoal.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>N\u00edvel 2: Aprendizagem<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Trata-se de medir as novas aprendizagens adquiridas, assim como as transforma\u00e7\u00f5es vividas pelo coachee\/cliente. Para isso, \u00e9 importante fazer previamente uma \u2018autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o\u2019 para determinar as habilidades e compet\u00eancias que devem ser desenvolvidas, assim como os novos conhecimentos que \u00e9 preciso adquirir. Outra forma de obter esta informa\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via pode ser entrevistando companheiros\/chefes ou avaliando com exames os conhecimentos aprendidos.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>N\u00edvel 3: Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e conduta<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>P\u00f4r em pr\u00e1tica o aprendido \u00e9 uma forma de palpar os conhecimentos adquiridos, portanto, neste n\u00edvel busca-se medir o n\u00famero de ocasi\u00f5es e em que percentagem o coachee\/cliente colocou em pr\u00e1tica seus novos conhecimentos e aplicou suas descobertas e aprendizagens.
