{"id":12783,"date":"2017-03-24T10:25:47","date_gmt":"2017-03-24T10:25:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=12783"},"modified":"2017-03-24T10:25:47","modified_gmt":"2017-03-24T10:25:47","slug":"funiber-frutas-mortes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/gerontologia\/2017\/03\/24\/funiber-frutas-mortes","title":{"rendered":"10 por\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias de frutas e verduras previnem mortes prematuras"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Consumir dez por\u00e7\u00f5es de frutas e verduras ao dia reduziria o risco de sofrer doen\u00e7as mortais que envolvem ao cora\u00e7\u00e3o, c\u00e9rebro, assim como padecer de algum tipo de c\u00e2ncer, conforme estudo cient\u00edfico<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Os resultados de uma\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/ije\/article\/doi\/10.1093\/ije\/dyw319\/3039477\/Fruit-and-vegetable-intake-and-the-risk-of\">pesquisa<\/a>\u00a0liderada pelo epidemiologista noruegu\u00eas\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/profile\/Dagfinn_Aune2\">Dagfinn Aune<\/a>\u00a0recomendam aumentar o consumo de frutas e verduras a dez por\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias para reduzir em 31% o risco de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, ictus e diferentes tipos de c\u00e2ncer.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Embora a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/es\/\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade<\/a> (OMS)\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/dietphysicalactivity\/fruit\/es\/\">recomenda<\/a>\u00a0uma ingest\u00e3o de 5 frutas e verduras ao dia, este novo estudo prop\u00f5e duplicar a ra\u00e7\u00e3o e comer 800 gramas de frutas ou hortali\u00e7as para reduzir 24% do risco de sofrer com cardiopatias, 33% de sofrer um ictus, 28% de ter doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares e 13% de padecer de um c\u00e2ncer. O risco \u00e9 calculado em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a n\u00e3o comer habitualmente frutas e verduras.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo, que foi publicado na revista especializada <a href=\"http:\/\/www3.imperial.ac.uk\/newsandeventspggrp\/imperialcollege\/newssummary\/news_22-2-2017-16-38-0\">International Journal of Epidemiology<\/a>, afirma que, de corroborar os efeitos que sup\u00f5em estas associa\u00e7\u00f5es estat\u00edsticas observadas, as 7,8 milh\u00f5es de mortes prematuras suscitadas em 2013, poderiam ser atribu\u00eddas a comer menos de 800 gramas di\u00e1rios de frutas e verduras.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que n\u00e3o \u00e9 a primeira vez que \u00e9 pesquisado sobre a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unav.edu\/departamento\/preventiva\/toledo_atucha\">Estefan\u00eda Toledo<\/a>\u00a0uma das autoras do projeto <a href=\"http:\/\/www.predimed.es\/\">Predimed<\/a>, que pesquisa os benef\u00edcios da dieta mediterr\u00e2nea, destaca a diferen\u00e7a cultural em propor\u00e7\u00f5es, enquanto que os anglo-sax\u00f5es chamam de por\u00e7\u00e3o a 80 gramas de frutas e verduras, na Espanha tradicionalmente s\u00e3o 150 gramas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta revis\u00e3o do conhecimento cient\u00edfico permite observar mais benef\u00edcios de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e prevenir doen\u00e7as mortais.
