A pesquisa, publicada no Journal of Nutrition, concluiu que comer amendoins junto a uma comida pode ajudar a proteger contra as doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares que poderiam levar a sofrer ataques card\u00edacos e acidentes cerebrovasculares.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>No estudo, quinze homens adultos saud\u00e1veis, com sobrepeso e obesos, comeram cerca de 85 gramas de amendoim, sem sal, com uma comida rica em gordura. Ao analisar o sangue dos participantes, percebeu-se um aumento dos lip\u00eddios na corrente sangu\u00ednea. Este aumento est\u00e1 associado ao risco de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>A professora de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o na <a href=\"http:\/\/www.psu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Universidade Estadual da Pensilv\u00e2nia<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/nutrition.hhd.psu.edu\/directory\/Bio.aspx?id=PennyKris-Etherton\" target=\"_blank\">Penny Kris-Etherton<\/a>, afirmou que \u201cnormalmente, cada vez que comemos algo, faz com que as art\u00e9rias fiquem mais r\u00edgidas durante o momento posterior \u00e0 alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, mas demonstramos que se comemos amendoins junto com a comida, isso pode ajudar a prevenir a resposta da rigidez\u201d, explicou.<\/p>\n<p>A especialista lembra que se deseja que a dilata\u00e7\u00e3o ocorra nas art\u00e9rias para que sejam el\u00e1sticas, o que facilitaria o trabalho do cora\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente ao longo dos anos. \u201c\u00c0 medida em que o cora\u00e7\u00e3o trabalha mais e mais duro durante um largo per\u00edodo de tempo, poderia conduzir, em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia, \u00e0 insufici\u00eancia card\u00edaca\u201d, afirma Kris-Etherton.<\/p>\n<p>Uma das explica\u00e7\u00f5es para os efeitos do amendoim com a comida \u00e9 que o alimento impede um grande n\u00famero de triglic\u00e9ridos depois da comida.
