Em um estudo de 2016 ressaltaram que quase 16 milh\u00f5es de internautas de 16 a 60 anos s\u00e3o usu\u00e1rios que realizam suas compras no entorno digital.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Opini\u00e3o do p\u00fablico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do mesmo modo, a consultora de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o on-line <a href=\"https:\/\/www.podium.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Podium<\/a>\u00a0realizou uma pesquisa que demonstra que 60% dos consumidores consulta de forma semanal coment\u00e1rios on-line sobre produtos e servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m indica que 93% dos participantes neste estudo declara que os coment\u00e1rios t\u00eam um grande impacto na hora de tomar suas decis\u00f5es de compra. Por isso se considera que os clientes confiam nos coment\u00e1rios on-line de forma cada vez mais regular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O pre\u00e7o n\u00e3o \u00e9 tudo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre as conclus\u00f5es deste relat\u00f3rio \u00e9 poss\u00edvel observar que o pre\u00e7o n\u00e3o \u00e9 tudo na hora de comprar pois existem consumidores que leem os coment\u00e1rios para avaliar as boas experi\u00eancias. Nesse sentido, est\u00e3o dispostos a pagar mais (de 15% a 63% a mais) se esta for de qualidade.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, um fator de maior proemin\u00eancia \u00e9 o conte\u00fado que os usu\u00e1rios possam encontrar sobre o produto ou servi\u00e7o que desejam adquirir. Para os consumidores \u00e9 muito importante conhecer a opini\u00e3o de outros e ficam atentos nos detalhes para sentir-se mais seguros com a compra que realizar\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que no estudo consta que 82% dos consumidores que l\u00ea este tipo de coment\u00e1rios o faz antes da decis\u00e3o de adquirir um determinado produto ou servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Para resumir a CEO do Podium,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ericrea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eric Rea<\/a>\u00a0acrescenta que \u201cQualquer propriet\u00e1rio de um neg\u00f3cio sabe que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 melhor defensor de sua marca que um cliente feliz.
