Os especialistas desenvolveram suas interven\u00e7\u00f5es entorno do desafio que t\u00eam as empresas de se humanizar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discutiram sobre o desafio que enfrentam os l\u00edderes das empresas para obter que seus colaboradores se sintam livres e com total autonomia de escolher trabalhar com eles, por pr\u00f3pria escolha. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Novo marketing<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, foi afirmado que nasceu um novo marketing.
