Eles deveriam tamb\u00e9m ter presente a necessidade de fortalecer a p\u00e9lvis.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ignacio-moncada-iribarren-1493115\/?ppe=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ignacio Moncada Iribarren<\/a>, do Servi\u00e7o de Urologia da Cl\u00ednica La Zarzuela, em Madri, Espanha, esta zona deveria ser trabalhada tamb\u00e9m entre os homens para evitar problemas de pr\u00f3stata, incontin\u00eancia urin\u00e1ria e ere\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Uma das t\u00e9cnicas conhecidas para trabalhar a zona p\u00e9lvica s\u00e3o os exerc\u00edcios de Kegel, que levam o nome do inventor, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arnold_Kegel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arnold Kegel<\/a>. O ginec\u00f3logo norte-americano inventou a pr\u00e1tica para fortalecer os m\u00fasculos para o controle da bexiga.
