De acordo com um estudo desenvolvido pela <a href=\"http:\/\/www.secardioped.org\/modules.php?name=webstructure&amp;lang=ES&amp;idwebstructure=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sociedade Espanhola de Cardiologia Pedi\u00e1trica e Cardiopatias Cong\u00eanitas (SECOCC)<\/a>, \u201c3 de cada 1.000 esportistas jovens t\u00eam algum tipo de doen\u00e7a cardiovascular\u201d, que poderiam colocar em risco suas vidas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Como preven\u00e7\u00e3o, a melhor maneira de cuidar da sa\u00fade dos esportistas \u00e9 conhecer se sofrem de cardiopatias e realizar uma pr\u00e1tica esportiva de acordo a sua condi\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade. \u201cRealizando um adequado reconhecimento \u00e9 poss\u00edvel detectar de forma precoce estas doen\u00e7as, completar o estudo com as provas necess\u00e1rias e realizar o tratamento indicado para cada caso\u201d, analisa o doutor Javier P\u00e9rez-Lescure, da SECPCC.<\/p>\n<p>Para realizar o atestado m\u00e9dico, os esportistas devem responder a uma s\u00e9rie de perguntas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 presen\u00e7a de sintomas ou antecedentes na fam\u00edlia de doen\u00e7as cardiovascular. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante que se verifique a tens\u00e3o arterial e use um eletrocardiograma.<\/p>\n<p>O esporte \u00e9 um h\u00e1bito cardiosaud\u00e1vel, mas \u00e9 muito importante realiza-lo de forma segura\u201d, diz o doutor David Crespo, do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.madrid.org\/cs\/Satellite?language=es&amp;pagename=HospitalFundacionHospitalAlcorcon%2FPage%2FHALC_home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hospital Universit\u00e1rio Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Alcorc\u00f3n<\/a>. Ele acredita que no futuro os atestados ser\u00e3o implantados na pr\u00e1tica habitual dos esportistas menores de idade.<\/p>\n<p>Os profissionais na \u00e1rea de Esporte podem se capacitar para a atua\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente no desenvolvimento de atestados m\u00e9dicos para a pr\u00e1tica segura do esporte.
