Atrav\u00e9s de perguntas, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel analisar v\u00e1rios temas e explorar as coisas a partir das ideias e dos valores.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Lesley Lambright (1995, p.30) define que os c\u00edrculos socr\u00e1ticos s\u00e3o uma \u201cconversa\u00e7\u00e3o intelectual explorat\u00f3ria centrada no texto\u201d, segundo o artigo escrito pela treinadora de professores <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eflmagazine.com\/author\/maaouia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maaouia Haj Mabrouk<\/a>, da Tun\u00edsia.<\/p>\n<p>Ela narra no artigo publicado pela <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eflmagazine.com\/socratic-circles-efl-classroom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EFL Magazine<\/a>, como um aluno que inicialmente dizia odiar aprender ingl\u00eas mudou de ideia. Ele passou a disfrutar de estar em sala discutindo temas sobre v\u00e1rios assuntos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenho que admitir que \u00e9 realmente dif\u00edcil ter que fazer uma pequena lista dos muito jeitos em que os c\u00edrculos socr\u00e1ticos podem adornar a classe EFL\u201d, afirma Maaouia Haj Mabrouk. Mas ainda assim, ela destaca alguns:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explorar a diversidade de pespectivas<\/li>\n<li>Melhorar a agilidade intelectual<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolver h\u00e1bitos de conhecimento colaborativo<\/li>\n<li>Promover compet\u00eancias na leitura, escrita, oral e escuta<\/li>\n<li>Fortalecer a toler\u00e2ncia e a empatia com os outros<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolver um sentimento de pertencimento a um grupo<\/li>\n<li>Equipar os estudantes com maneiras pac\u00edficas para a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos<\/li>\n<li>Melhorar a autoestima de estudantes<\/li>\n<li>Melhorar a capacidade de articula\u00e7\u00e3o das ideias<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qual deve ser a fun\u00e7\u00e3o do professor nos C\u00edrculos Socr\u00e1ticos?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O professor tem um papel crucial. \u201cEle atua como um catalisador que mantem oscila\u00e7\u00e3o entre dois paradigmas: o que ensina e o que aprende\u201d, afirma Haj Mabrouk. E por tanto, n\u00e3o pode impor respostas, induzir posi\u00e7\u00f5es nem dominar a vez de falar.<\/p>\n<p>Ao inv\u00e9s, o professor pode moderar a discuss\u00e3o, anotar coment\u00e1rios num quadro e supervisar todo o procedimento.
