Diversas entidades na \u00e1rea de sa\u00fade mostraram a import\u00e2ncia dos h\u00e1bitos saud\u00e1veis para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, que est\u00e3o entre as principais causas de morte em todo o mundo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Entre as doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, destacam-se a doen\u00e7a coron\u00e1ria, o infarto agudo do mioc\u00e1rdio, a insufici\u00eancia card\u00edaca, o ictus e a doen\u00e7a vascular perif\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>Desde a \u00e1rea de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seen.es\/inicio.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sociedade Espanhola de Endocrinologia e Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o (SEEN)<\/a>, ressaltou-se neste dia o papel da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o do risco de doen\u00e7as card\u00edacas. A m\u00e1 alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, junto com os maus-h\u00e1bitos, associa-se tamb\u00e9m a outras patologias e complica\u00e7\u00f5es como hipertens\u00e3o, obesidade e hiperglicemia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cH\u00e1 alguns anos, a gordura estava associada aos efeitos negativos, enquanto que atualmente se sabe que o consumo n\u00e3o aparece como o mais influente de nossa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o na sa\u00fade cardiovascular, sendo mais importante o tipo de gordura consumida mais que sua quantidade\u201d, afirmou o pesquisador membro da SEEN, Luis Miguel Luengo.<\/p>\n<p>Ele destaca a diferen\u00e7a entre a gordura presente nos peixes azuis e frutos secos, da s\u00e9rie \u00f4mega-3 e \u00f4mega-6, que ajudam a diminuir o colesterol e os triglic\u00e9rides no sangue.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.world-heart-federation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Heart Federation<\/a>, que lidera a <strong>luta contra a doen\u00e7a card\u00edaca e o acidente vascular cerebral<\/strong> em todo o mundo, com o lema \u201cShare the Power\u201d insistiu no cuidado do cora\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de uma dieta saud\u00e1vel e equilibrada. Al\u00e9m disso, a Federa\u00e7\u00e3o ressaltou na campanha a import\u00e2ncia de conhecer os n\u00edveis de a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue, a press\u00e3o arterial e o \u00edndice de massa corporal (IMC).<\/p>\n<p>A institui\u00e7\u00e3o internacional recomenda tamb\u00e9m fazer exerc\u00edcios cinco vezes por semana, em sess\u00f5es de ao menos trinta minutos, junto \u00e0 necessidade de deixar de fumar, em um per\u00edodo m\u00e1ximo de dois anos, para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos de doen\u00e7as coron\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fpcardiologia.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Cardiologia<\/a> se uniu \u00e0 campanha e distribuiu cartazes e folhetos informativos, al\u00e9m de promover em diversas cidades atividades de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o.
