Ele \u00e9 ainda mais importante para atletas que realizam competi\u00e7\u00f5es e exigem movimentos intensos e s\u00fabitos nos m\u00fasculos. Sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o principal est\u00e1 na preven\u00e7\u00e3o de les\u00f5es musculares, j\u00e1 que prepara o corpo para a atividade f\u00edsica.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mas os aquecimentos podem variar de acordo com os tipos de esportes que se realizam. Por exemplo, para quem necessita fazer Sprint, ou seja, pequenas corridas de atletismo, adicionar uma s\u00e9rie de alongamentos din\u00e2micos na rotina de aquecimento tem um efeito protetor para evitar danos musculares.<\/p>\n<p>Ao menos \u00e9 o que indica um estudo, recentemente publicado, que buscou conhecer os efeitos protetores de duas t\u00e9cnicas diferentes de aquecimento. A primeira consistia numa s\u00e9rie de exerc\u00edcios de for\u00e7a de isquiotibiais. A segunda t\u00e9cnica analisada foi o alongamento din\u00e2mico.<\/p>\n<p>Para analisar os efeitos, participaram tenistas que tiveram que completar 3 sess\u00f5es de exerc\u00edcio em ordem aleat\u00f3ria, durante os quais se realizaram 3 interven\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes de rotinas de alongamento.<\/p>\n<p>Os resultados indicam que os Sprint repetidos levaram a danos musculares nas tr\u00eas condi\u00e7\u00f5es. Por\u00e9m, com o alongamento din\u00e2mico, a rigidez e o espessura musculares dois dias depois de realizar o Sprint foram menores que nas duas outras rotinas de exerc\u00edcios.
