Na Europa ou nos Estados Unidos esta atitude pode ser desesperadora.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Assim como destacou Julio C\u00e9sar Mart\u00ednez Su\u00e1rez, do <a href=\"https:\/\/tec.mx\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico e de Estudos Superior de Monterrey (M\u00e9xico)<\/a>, isto leva a um choque cultural com os americanos ou com os europeus, \u201cpara os quais tempo \u00e9 dinheiro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, a paci\u00eancia n\u00e3o \u00e9 o \u00fanico elemento de \u00eaxito em uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o comercial na China. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio conhecer bem o territ\u00f3rio, j\u00e1 que h\u00e1 grandes diferen\u00e7as entre regi\u00f5es. \u201cN\u00e3o \u00e9 igual um empres\u00e1rio chin\u00eas que vive na fronteira com a R\u00fassia, que o que vive em Hong Kong\u201d, exemplificou Rodr\u00edguez. Consequentemente, os estrangeiros que pretendam fazer neg\u00f3cios na China devem averiguar de qual prov\u00edncia prov\u00eam seus interlocutores.<\/p>\n<p>Por outro lado, Javier Rodr\u00edguez destacou o car\u00e1ter grupal das negocia\u00e7\u00f5es chinesas. \u201cEm uma mesa v\u00e3o se sentar entre seis e oito pessoas, mas quem toma a decis\u00e3o final nunca vai estar, provavelmente estar\u00e1 no escrit\u00f3rio esperando a que lhe digam como v\u00e3o as conversa\u00e7\u00f5es e se deve ser fechado ou n\u00e3o o neg\u00f3cio&#8221;, afirmou o jornalista.<\/p>\n<p>Outro ponto importante das rela\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais com o gigante asi\u00e1tico \u00e9 a clareza. Segundo Rodr\u00edguez, os chineses exigem precis\u00e3o nas cl\u00e1usulas contratuais. Seu objetivo \u00e9 evitar problemas no futuro ou, em seu caso, resolv\u00ea-los da melhor forma poss\u00edvel. Mart\u00ednez Su\u00e1rez acrescentou que \u201cno M\u00e9xico h\u00e1 certa tend\u00eancia a dar as coisas por entendidas, entretanto com os chineses n\u00e3o funciona assim. Deve-se ser claro para qualquer situa\u00e7\u00e3o futura\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Em resumo, o empres\u00e1rio chin\u00eas somente fechar\u00e1 um acordo se considerar que obt\u00e9m \u201ca maior vantagem poss\u00edvel em termos de pre\u00e7o, de tempos, de quantidades e de entregas\u201d.
