Desta forma, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel evitar lanches entre as refei\u00e7\u00f5es e tamb\u00e9m controlar a ingest\u00e3o de energia, de modo que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tenha que comer uma grande quantidade de alimentos para satisfazer o apetite.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O projeto \u00e9 liderado pelo professor \u00c1ngel Gil Hern\u00e1ndez e Mar\u00eda Dolores Mesa Garc\u00eda, ambos do departamento de Bioqu\u00edmica e Biologia Molecular II da UGR; e Carolina Gonz\u00e1lez Ant\u00f3n, dietista nutricionista e doutora pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o andaluza, cujo estudo fazia parte de sua tese de doutorado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConsumir alimentos ricos em fibras \u00e9 importante para manter a saciedade, pois assim evita-se beliscadas, portanto, ajuda a controlar melhor a ingest\u00e3o de energia e posteriormente escolher alimentos mais saud\u00e1veis\u201d, explica Gonz\u00e1lez Ant\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo gira em torno da an\u00e1lise de como o consumo deste p\u00e3o enriquecido em fibras e prote\u00ednas, com 22% de frutas secas em sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o (figos, damascos e passas) e uma mistura equilibrada de cereais (trigo, aveia, espelta), sacia o apetite e diminui a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de fome em pessoas saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o estudo, foram realizados diferentes testes em volunt\u00e1rios saud\u00e1veis entre uma faixa de 18 e 29 anos. Todos tinham em comum o caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 di\u00e1rio usando p\u00e3o na dieta. O caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 experimental consistia no p\u00e3ozinho mencionado acima com um copo de \u00e1gua, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a um caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 de controle composto por 85 gramas de p\u00e3o de forma, 10 gramas de marmelada e 2 gramas de margarina, al\u00e9m de um copo de \u00e1gua.
