{"id":15269,"date":"2018-02-15T12:50:16","date_gmt":"2018-02-15T12:50:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=15269"},"modified":"2018-02-16T10:37:34","modified_gmt":"2018-02-16T10:37:34","slug":"funiber-habito-peso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2018\/02\/15\/funiber-habito-peso","title":{"rendered":"H\u00e1bitos que ajudam a manter o peso"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Um estudo publicado na revista <em>BMJ Open<\/em> analisou como um h\u00e1bito simples pode ajudar a manter o peso adequado<\/h2>\n<p>Pesquisadores da Escola de Medicina da<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kyushu-u.ac.jp\/en\/education\/policy\/admission\/g-medical\/m-keiei\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Universidade de Kyushu<\/a>, no Jap\u00e3o, analisaram dados com cerca de 60 mil japoneses diagnosticados com diabetes tipo 2, sobre os h\u00e1bitos alimentares, e como influenciam para a obesidade.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Os participantes foram acompanhados, durante cinco anos de seguimento, em visitas regulares. Eles deveriam al\u00e9m de medir o \u00edndice de massa corporal e a circunfer\u00eancia da cintura, dar informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os h\u00e1bitos de vida atrav\u00e9s de perguntas feitas nas visitas m\u00e9dicas.<\/p>\n<p>Um dos h\u00e1bitos mais importantes percebidos pelos pesquisadores se refere ao tempo que uma pessoa leva para se alimentar. De acordo com o estudo, as pessoas que ingerem os alimentos mais lentamente t\u00eam maior tend\u00eancia em levar estilos de vida mais saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>Entre os que se alimentam em uma velocidade normal, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o aos que engolem a comida, h\u00e1 29% menos probabilidade de ser obeso. Em velocidades mais lentas, h\u00e1 uma queda de 42% na probabilidade de ter obesidade.<\/p>\n<p>Existe uma explica\u00e7\u00e3o para isso: a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de saciedade. Quando ingerimos um alimento, o c\u00e9rebro segrega neurotransmissores que indicam \u00edndices de saciedade. Quando comemos de modo r\u00e1pido, n\u00e3o temos tempo de sentir a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de plenitude. Os pesquisadores recomendam uma ingest\u00e3o que dura no m\u00ednimo 25 a 30 minutos nos almo\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p>O especialista em endocrinologia e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, declarou para <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/ciencia-y-salud\/salud\/2018\/02\/13\/5a81d8fe268e3e58608b4684.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">o jornal El Mundo<\/a>, que \u201cuma tritura\u00e7\u00e3o lenta \u00e9 chave para uma boa digest\u00e3o. Melhora o metabolismo, o gasto energ\u00e9tico e elimina calorias\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p>Outros h\u00e1bitos, analisados no estudo, se referem \u00e0 alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o noturna antes de dormir, salto de caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3, consumo frequente de \u00e1lcool, as horas de sono e o h\u00e1bito de fumar.
