Na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica, \u00e9 a habilidade de transmitir a hist\u00f3ria da marca de tal forma que enamora o p\u00fablico-alvo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 importante que as empresas se apaixonem pelos clientes contando a hist\u00f3ria da marca, como ela funciona e como ela se relaciona com o p\u00fablico. Deve come\u00e7ar revelando a origem do nome da marca (naming) e \u00e9 muito melhor quando \u00e9 uma hist\u00f3ria significativa.<\/p>\n<p>Depois de contar a hist\u00f3ria do nome da marca, \u00e9 importante contar a hist\u00f3ria do logo ou do lema porque \u00e9 o que representa a identidade, valores e princ\u00edpios da empresa. Pode-se usar hist\u00f3rias f\u00e1ceis de lembrar, contar e que apele para a parte emocional.<\/p>\n<p>A publicidade e elementos do design gr\u00e1fico de uma marca tamb\u00e9m devem contar a mesma hist\u00f3ria que foi estabelecida desde a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da marca, j\u00e1 que ao longo do tempo o que resta \u00e9 o lema e a identidade da marca.
