Mas, al\u00e9m disso, a continuidade e a frequ\u00eancia s\u00e3o essenciais. Um estudo realizado na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelaide.edu.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidade de Adelaide<\/a>, Austr\u00e1lia, com 152 adultos, investigou os efeitos da interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da pr\u00e1tica regular de atividade f\u00edsica para os sintomas de depress\u00e3o.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Os participantes, previamente ao estudo, praticavam atividade f\u00edsica regularmente: pelo menos 30 minutos de exerc\u00edcio, tr\u00eas vezes por semana, por no m\u00ednimo tr\u00eas meses.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de \u00edndices imunol\u00f3gicos e neurog\u00eanicos, os pesquisadores descobriram que com apenas tr\u00eas dias de interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da pr\u00e1tica, os sintomas podem aumentar. Este crescimento pode ser ainda maior nas mulheres, comparado com as taxas encontradas nos homens.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa foi publicada na revista cient\u00edfica &#8220;J<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jad-journal.com\/article\/S0165-0327(17)31749-4\/fulltext\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ournal of Affective Disorders<\/a>&#8220;. O chefe de psiquiatria da Universidade de Adelaide, <a href=\"https:\/\/researchers.adelaide.edu.au\/index.php\/profile\/bernhard.baune\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bernhard Baune<\/a>, afirmou que &#8220;por enquanto, \u00e9 importante que as pessoas compreendam o impacto potencial em seu bem-estar mental quando, de repente, param de se exercitar regularmente&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Embora o n\u00famero de participantes seja considerado pequeno para que os resultados sejam conclusivos, o estudo indica a import\u00e2ncia de continuar a investigar com novos estudos a import\u00e2ncia do esporte e sua pr\u00e1tica regular para pessoas que sofrem de depress\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Pesquisas na \u00e1rea de esportes podem contribuir para a sa\u00fade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o com a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de conhecimentos que auxiliem os tratamentos m\u00e9dicos.
