Um estudo recente, realizado pela Universidade de Illinois, nos Estados Unidos, se soma ao conhecimento sobre os benef\u00edcios das nozes e mostra que dietas ricas deste alimento modificam a microbiota do intestino e protegem o cora\u00e7\u00e3o.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As nozes cont\u00eam fibra que oferecem uma ajuda para que as bact\u00e9rias presentes no intestino possam colaborar para a digest\u00e3o dos alimentos. H\u00e1 uma variedade grande de frutas, legumes, gr\u00e3os integrais e verduras que cont\u00eam a fibra diet\u00e9tica. As nozes se encontra entre este conjunto nutritivo.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/illinois.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidade de Illinois<\/a>, atrav\u00e9s da Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias Agr\u00edcolas, do Consumidor e do Meio Ambiente, desenvolveu um estudo que mostra os efeitos das nozes tamb\u00e9m para diminuir os n\u00edveis do colesterol LDL, nos resultados com 18 participantes adultos, homens e mulheres.<\/p>\n<p>Os pesquisadores conclu\u00edram que as nozes s\u00e3o importantes tamb\u00e9m para a sa\u00fade cardiovascular. O estudo acompanhou o consumo destes participantes, todos considerados saud\u00e1veis, durante duas ou tr\u00eas semanas que consumiram 42 gramas de nozes, o que equivale a uma m\u00e3o cheia.<\/p>\n<p>Foram coletadas mostras de fezes e sangue, comparando o in\u00edcio e o final da pesquisa, para entender os efeitos do consumo nestes marcadores. Detectaram um aumento de bact\u00e9rias, especificamente de tr\u00eas: <em>Faecalibacterium, Roseburia y Clostridium<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisadora do estudo, <a href=\"https:\/\/fshn.illinois.edu\/directory\/hholsche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hannah Holscher<\/a>, analisa a import\u00e2ncia dos resultados: \u201cExiste um grande interesse na <em>Faecalibacterium <\/em>porque tamb\u00e9m vem sendo demonstrado em animais para reduzir a inflama\u00e7\u00e3o. Os animais com quantidades mais altas tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam uma melhor sensibilidade \u00e0 insulina\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m diagnosticaram uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00e1cidos biliares secund\u00e1rios. \u201cJ\u00e1 se demonstrou que taxas altas de \u00e1cidos biliares s\u00e3o encontradas em indiv\u00edduos com taxas mais altas de c\u00e2ncer colo-retal\u201d, explica a pesquisadora.
