Pesquisa recente mostra efeito geral sobre marcadores biol\u00f3gicos associados<\/h2>\n<p>Novos estudos, publicados recentemente, trazem evid\u00eancias de que<a href=\"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2018\/03\/01\/funiber-dissertacao-iogurte-probiotico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> o iogurte<\/a> pode colaborar para diminuir a inflama\u00e7\u00e3o cr\u00f4nica. Este tipo de inflama\u00e7\u00e3o acontece em algumas doen\u00e7as como a artrite e a asma, e tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 associada a doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, obesidade, s\u00edndrome met\u00f3dico, entre outros problemas de sa\u00fade.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Apesar da inflama\u00e7\u00e3o ser uma resposta positiva do sistema imunol\u00f3gico diante de doen\u00e7as e les\u00f5es, quando prolongada, pode causar danos biol\u00f3gicos aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e sistemas.<\/p>\n<p>O professor de Ci\u00eancias da Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisc.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidade de Wisconsin-Madison<\/a>, nos Estados Unidos, <a href=\"https:\/\/foodsci.wisc.edu\/faculty\/bolling\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brad Bolling<\/a>, participou do estudo para conhecer os efeitos do consumo do iogurte para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas. Na pesquisa publicada no <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/jn\">\u2018Journal of Nutrition\u2019,<\/a> ele investigou sobre o papel deste alimento para o revestimento intestinal.<\/p>\n<p>Junto a outros pesquisadores, analisou um tratamento diet\u00e9tico com o iogurte durante mais de 20 anos, e os resultados apontam algumas quest\u00f5es inconclusivas. De acordo com o doutor Bolling, os resultados foram mistos, e em alguns momentos poderiam permitir o desenvolvimento da inflama\u00e7\u00e3o, e em outros resultados, ajudava a diminui-la.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a revis\u00e3o de 52 ensaios cl\u00ednicos, o pesquisador analisa que as conclus\u00f5es apontam para um efeito anti-inflamat\u00f3rio maior, especialmente entre os l\u00e1cteos fermentados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Melhora dos marcadores biol\u00f3gicos indica poder anti-inflamat\u00f3rio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O pesquisador Bolling avaliou, em um estudo respaldado pelo Departamento de Agricultura dos Estados Unidos, que participantes mulheres conseguiram melhorar alguns marcadores biol\u00f3gicos como o TNF, prote\u00edna que ativa a inflama\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cOs resultados indicam que o consumo cont\u00ednuo de iogurte pode provocar um efeito anti-inflamat\u00f3rio geral\u201d, afirma Bolling.<\/p>\n<p>No estudo, participaram 120 mulheres em pr\u00e9-menopausa. A metade delas tinha obesidade, e a outra, n\u00e3o. Divididas em dois grupos, as participantes de um dos grupos deveriam consumir aproximadamente 373 gramas de iogurte todos os dias, durante nove semanas.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar do estudo n\u00e3o aprofundar sobre os compostos do iogurte que podem atuar sobre os marcadores, nem como atuam no organismo, as evid\u00eancias encontradas mostram caminhos para novas pesquisas neste campo. \u201cAcreditamos que \u00e9 um enfoque prometedor\u201d, afirma o dr.
