Abaixo apresenta-se alguns deles, de acordo com Olegario Llamazares:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contatos pessoais:\u00a0<em>Guanxi<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os empres\u00e1rios chineses t\u00eam uma rede de contatos pessoais chamada \u201ccapital social\u201d que s\u00e3o utilizadas para progredirem profissionalmente. A rede \u00e9 composta por familiares, colegas de escola ou da faculdade, amigos e colegas de trabalho. A rede tamb\u00e9m funciona sob o princ\u00edpio da reciprocidade (<em>hui bao<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intermedi\u00e1rio:\u00a0<em>Zhongjian Ren<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para negociar com empresas estrangeiras, utiliza-se um intermedi\u00e1rio. Busca-se, de prefer\u00eancia, uma pessoa de origem chinesa ou uma pessoa ocidental que tenha experi\u00eancia anterior em neg\u00f3cios com empresas chinesas. Suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o: estabelecer os primeiros contatos, definir reuni\u00f5es, iniciar conversas, resolver as diferen\u00e7as e acompanhar constantemente os acordos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hierarquia:\u00a0<em>Shehui Dengji<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para a cultura chinesa, os valores de respeito e de obedi\u00eancia aos superiores s\u00e3o fundamentais. Isso implica que, nos neg\u00f3cios, as empresas estrangeiras devem ter representantes que tamb\u00e9m mostrem tratamento respeitoso aos principais executivos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Racioc\u00ednio global:\u00a0<em>Zhengti Guannian<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Devido \u00e0 linguagem chinesa de s\u00edmbolos e aos conceitos globais, os acordos tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o tratados globalmente e em conjunto, sem separar temas ou se\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resist\u00eancia no trabalho:\u00a0<em>Chiku Nailao<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na cultura chinesa, a capacidade e a resist\u00eancia no trabalho s\u00e3o duas caracter\u00edsticas muito valorizadas, pois mostram que os empres\u00e1rios t\u00eam prepara\u00e7\u00e3o, habilidades anal\u00edticas e interesse pelo trabalho que realizam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tica:\u00a0<em>Lunlixue<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para entender o conceito de \u00e9tica na China, deve-se recorrer \u00e0 filosofia de Conf\u00facio: \u201ca moralidade baseia-se nas circunst\u00e2ncias do momento e n\u00e3o em princ\u00edpios universais\u201d.
