Por exemplo, o jantar quando tarde, sem esperar as duas horas de digest\u00e3o antes de dormir, est\u00e1 associado a maiores riscos de c\u00e2ncer de mama e de pr\u00f3stata, segundo um estudo publicado na revista<a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/journal\/10970215\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <em>Internacional Journal of Cancer<\/em><\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O estudo foi desenvolvido pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isglobal.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instituto de Sa\u00fade Global de Barcelona (ISGlobal)<\/a> para descobrir se existe alguma rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre os hor\u00e1rios das comidas e do sono para o desenvolvimento de dois dos mais comuns tipos de c\u00e2ncer em todo o mundo, o de mama e de pr\u00f3stata. Estas doen\u00e7as est\u00e3o relacionadas com mudan\u00e7as de rotina que afetam o nosso ritmo biol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>Os pesquisadores, atrav\u00e9s de um estudo financiado pelo\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciberesp.es\/\">Consorcio de Investigaci\u00f3n Biom\u00e9dica en Red de Epidemiolog\u00eda y Salud P\u00fablica<\/a>\u00a0(Ciberesp), analisaram os h\u00e1bitos de vida e o ritmo de 621 casos de c\u00e2ncer de pr\u00f3stata e 1.205 de mama. Compararam os dados com os de 872 homens e 1.321 mulheres que foram selecionados em centros de sa\u00fade de aten\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria, de toda a Espanha.<\/p>\n<p>Estudos anteriores com animais j\u00e1 indicavam que entre os animais, o hor\u00e1rio da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o poderia afetar a sa\u00fade.
