Estudo indica que o treino de for\u00e7a muscular poderia melhorar a sa\u00fade cardiovascular<\/h2>\n<p>O exerc\u00edcio regular, que ajuda a melhorar a for\u00e7a muscular, tamb\u00e9m pode ser aliado para a sa\u00fade do cora\u00e7\u00e3o. Segundo um estudo desenvolvido por pesquisadores de universidades nos Estados Unidos, na Espanha, em Portugal e na Su\u00e9cia, o exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico libera subst\u00e2ncias saud\u00e1veis para o cora\u00e7\u00e3o, chamadas mioquinas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Segundo um dos autores do estudo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicapanamericana.com\/Autores\/Autor\/20319\/Mikel-Izquierdo-Redin.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mikel Izquierdo Red\u00edn<\/a>, da Universidade P\u00fablica de Navarra (Espanha), \u201ca perda de for\u00e7a e massa muscular \u00e9 um dos fatores de risco \u2018esquecidos\u2019 de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares\u201d, diz.
