O exerc\u00edcio dos m\u00fasculos inspirat\u00f3rios pode ser uma ajuda para melhorar o rendimento esportivo, e cada vez mais s\u00e3o utilizados treinos espec\u00edficos para fortalecer a musculatura respirat\u00f3ria.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Um planejamento adequado pode aumentar a for\u00e7a, a resist\u00eancia e melhorar a efici\u00eancia do esfor\u00e7o f\u00edsico durante a pr\u00e1tica esportiva. Um estudo recente, publicado na revista <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.physicaltherapyinsport.com\/article\/S1466-853X(18)30165-2\/abstract\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Physical Therapy in Sport<\/a>, <\/em>analisou 25 pesquisas cient\u00edficas com treinos de m\u00fasculos inspirat\u00f3rios, concluindo que os exerc\u00edcios podem representar um meio eficaz para aumentar a for\u00e7a muscular inspirat\u00f3ria dos atletas, e o rendimento.<\/p>\n<p>Nos resultados, com um total de 207 atletas realizando treinos inspirat\u00f3rios, a melhora da press\u00e3o inspirat\u00f3ria m\u00e1xima foi independente da modalidade esportiva. Entretanto, o estudo n\u00e3o encontrou efeitos do treino sobre a fun\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema cardiopulmonar. Os resultados refor\u00e7am a import\u00e2ncia de que treinadores apliquem esta atividade complementar para a resist\u00eancia aer\u00f3bica.<\/p>\n<p>Para que a pr\u00e1tica de atividade f\u00edsica seja uma ferramenta realmente \u00fatil, deve-se ter em conta o grande deficit existente na forma\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica para treinadores esportivos e gest\u00e3o esportiva, para obter uma mudan\u00e7a tang\u00edvel nos treinadores, nas institui\u00e7\u00f5es e nos estabelecimentos que ofere\u00e7am este servi\u00e7o, proporcionando o t\u00e3o desejado estado de sa\u00fade e bem-estar a cargo de um profissional na \u00e1rea.
