Uma boa sugest\u00e3o \u00e9 consumir castanhas como lanche da manh\u00e3 ou tarde. Elas s\u00e3o ricas em gorduras monoinsaturadas, poli-insaturadas, vitaminas e minerais que trazem muitos benef\u00edcios \u00e0 sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>As frutas oleaginosas s\u00e3o importantes fontes de \u00f4mega-3, \u00f4mega-6 e \u00f4mega-9, que auxiliam na redu\u00e7\u00e3o do colesterol total e no aumento do HDL (colesterol bom); sel\u00eanio e vitamina E (atuam como antioxidantes, combatendo os radicais livres) e minerais, como pot\u00e1ssio e magn\u00e9sio (prevenindo c\u00e3ibras). As gorduras presentes nas frutas oleaginosas s\u00e3o chamadas de \u00e1cidos graxos essenciais.
