O \u00d4mega 3 encontrado nos tecidos de certos tipos de pescados e geralmente \u00e9 considerado ben\u00e9fico para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de males card\u00edacos, por\u00e9m, os pesquisadores n\u00e3o podem recomenda-lo porque depois de muitos estudos e an\u00e1lise em certos pacientes, este n\u00e3o foi t\u00e3o eficiente.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Ao que se deve a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00e1cidos graxos do \u00d4mega 3? Entre a popula\u00e7\u00e3o se atribui\u00e7\u00e3o ao consumo de alguns pescados e vegetais melhoras no tratamento de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares como a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de triglicer\u00eddios, risco de morte, de infartos card\u00edacos e ritmos card\u00edacos anormais em pessoas com doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, assim como a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p>Os pesquisadores para estar seguros, fizeram uma s\u00e9rie de an\u00e1lises como base os estudos feitos em esquim\u00f3s Inuit cuja popula\u00e7\u00e3o mostrava uma taxa de morte por doen\u00e7as isqu\u00eamicas do cora\u00e7\u00e3o somente de 3,5% em maiores que 60 anos.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto o estudo Dart (Estudo de Dieta e reinfarto) como o Gissi (grupo italiano para o estudo da Superviv\u00eancia do infarto do mioc\u00e1rdio) conclu\u00edram que a ingest\u00e3o de pescados duas vezes por semana proporciona entre 500 e 800 mg de \u00d4mega 3 e pode reduzis a mortalidade dos homens com antecedentes de infarto agudo do mioc\u00e1rdio.<\/p>\n<p>Em contrapartida, o estudo NILSEN concluiu que n\u00e3o foi ben\u00e9fico o uso de doses altas de \u00d4mega 3, apesar do efeito favor\u00e1vel em lip\u00eddios s\u00e9ricos.
