{"id":17772,"date":"2018-12-05T14:57:11","date_gmt":"2018-12-05T14:57:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=17772"},"modified":"2018-12-03T14:58:05","modified_gmt":"2018-12-03T14:58:05","slug":"funiber-vitaminad-osteoporose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2018\/12\/05\/funiber-vitaminad-osteoporose","title":{"rendered":"Vitamina D poderia melhorar sa\u00fade em mulheres com osteoporose"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Pesquisadores espanh\u00f3is encontraram resultados positivos sobre os benef\u00edcios da ingest\u00e3o de vitamina D para mulheres, em p\u00f3s-menopausa, com osteoporose<\/h2>\n<p>Um estudo publicado no <em>J<a href=\"https:\/\/home.liebertpub.com\/publications\/journal-of-womens-health\/42\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ournal of Women\u00b4s Health <\/a><\/em>constatou que os n\u00edveis circulantes de uma forma de vitamina D conhecida como 25 (OH)D est\u00e3o relacionados com um melhor metabolismo da glicose nas mulheres com osteoporose p\u00f3s-menop\u00e1usica.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Apesar de n\u00e3o haver ainda n\u00edveis considerados ideais de 25(OH)D para a sa\u00fade, especialmente para o metabolismo da glicose e a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, os pesquisadores buscaram definir uma concentra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00f3ptima para melhorar a homeostase da glicose.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo foi realizado com 40 mulheres com osteoporose, em fase p\u00f3s de menopausa, avaliando os n\u00edveis de glicose, insulina e \u00edndices de resist\u00eancia e sensibilidade \u00e0 insulina, al\u00e9m da dados variados como cl\u00ednicos, marcadores \u00f3sseos, entre outros.<\/p>\n<p>Como marcador, os pesquisadores estabeleceram o valor de 25(OH)D de 45ng\/mL como corte ideal para obter benef\u00edcios neste grupo estudado. As pesquisadoras do estudo, Doutora \u00c1vila-Rubio e Garc\u00eda-Fontana, ambas do grupo de pesquisa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ciberfes.es\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CIBERFES<\/a>, do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.husc.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hospital Universit\u00e1rio San Cecilio de Granada<\/a>, na Espanha, afirmaram que melhorar os n\u00edveis de vitamina D nas mulheres com osteoporose p\u00f3s-menop\u00e1usica poderia ser uma estrat\u00e9gia preventiva contra o desenvolvimento de doen\u00e7as.<\/p>\n<p>As autoras do estudo lembram ainda que ap\u00f3s a menopausa, as mulheres tendem a sofrer uma debilidade \u00f3ssea que pode se associar ao risco cardiovascular. Neste quadro, h\u00e1 uma preval\u00eancia por n\u00edveis de vitamina D insuficientes.
