O estudo conseguiu identificar seis caracter\u00edsticas fundamentais deste novo estilo de vender alimentos que deveriam ser conhecidos no setor de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo, publicado na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1080\/09581596.2017.1392483?scroll=top&amp;needAccess=true&amp;journalCode=ccph20&amp;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revista <em>Critical Public Health<\/em><\/a>, afirma ainda que estas t\u00e9cnicas, sem a devida interven\u00e7\u00e3o, poderiam promover ainda mais o consumo de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o pouco saud\u00e1vel, que pode causar problemas de sa\u00fade e maiores gastos p\u00fablicos sanit\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>Umas das vantagens mercadol\u00f3gicas desta ferramenta \u00e9 a facilidade de comprar produtos, j\u00e1 que o mercado facilita a compra atrav\u00e9s do com\u00e9rcio digital com possibilidades variadas de pagamento a cr\u00e9dito ou d\u00e9bito.<\/p>\n<p>Outra estrat\u00e9gia usada com o Big Data \u00e9 o conhecimento dos h\u00e1bitos individuais que oferecem oportunidades de an\u00fancios direcionados e personalizados.
