Para refor\u00e7ar a import\u00e2ncia de manter esta ingest\u00e3o numa dieta saud\u00e1vel, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seedo.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sociedade Espanhola para o Estudo da Obesidade (SEEDO)<\/a> lan\u00e7ou recentemente um documento para incentivar o consumo di\u00e1rio de p\u00e3o e cereais.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O presidente da SEEDO, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diariosur.es\/malaga\/francisco-tinahones-nuevo-20170804120241-nt.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Francisco Tinahones Madue\u00f1o<\/a>, afirmou que \u201cjunto com as frutas, as verduras, os legumes e as hortali\u00e7as, os cereais e seus derivados constituem os pilares de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>No documento, o consumo de cereais como o trigo, o centeio e a espelta s\u00e3o recomendados especialmente na sua forma integral, ou seja, em p\u00e3es integrais.<\/p>\n<p>O interesse pela variedade do p\u00e3o integral vem aumentando em muitos pa\u00edses, incentivado pela presen\u00e7a superior de fibra neste tipo de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o. De fato, um p\u00e3o integral pode conter 8,5 gramas de fibra por 100 gramas de p\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de vitaminas, minerais e subst\u00e2ncias antioxidantes. Em parte, isso acontece porque na variedade integral, o p\u00e3o consegue manter o g\u00e9rmen e o farelo de trigo.<\/p>\n<p>Um dos benef\u00edcios da fibra \u00e9 ajudar a saciar a vontade de comer, o que ajuda tamb\u00e9m ao controle do sobrepeso e da obesidade. Mas h\u00e1 diversos benef\u00edcios para a sa\u00fade, segundo a SEEDO: diminui o risco cardiovascular, modula a microbiota intestinal e ajuda a prevenir alguns tipos de doen\u00e7as como o c\u00e2ncer de c\u00f3lon.<\/p>\n<p>Estudos,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infosalus.com\/nutricion\/noticia-dietas-altas-fibra-pueden-ayudar-tratar-diabetes-tipo-20180309083734.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">como o publicado na revista Science,<\/a> indicam que o consumo de grande quantidade de fibra pode ajudar a controlar e tratar a diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>Estes benef\u00edcios est\u00e3o relacionados \u00e0 variedade integral, j\u00e1 que esta conserva o cereal intacto. Por outro lado, os p\u00e3es feitos com farinha branca t\u00eam menos fibra. Por isso, a OMS recomenda o consumo dos cereais integrais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dieta com fibra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A OMS recomenda o consumo de 25 gramas de fibra diet\u00e9tica por dia.
