Poucos demonstraram evid\u00eancias de benef\u00edcios para o aumento da for\u00e7a ou da massa muscular<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cAs pessoas que buscam aumentar a massa muscular ou a for\u00e7a devem tentar conseguir este aporte de macronutrientes e micronutrientes com uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o adequada, antes de buscar suplementos nutricionais\u201d, afirma<a href=\"http:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0003-1730-3369\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Pedro Valenzuela<\/a>, um dos autores de um estudo que buscou conhecer os benef\u00edcios dos suplementos para o aumento da for\u00e7a ou da massa muscular.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Segundo o pesquisador, vinculado \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uah.es\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidade de Alcal\u00e1<\/a>, na Espanha, h\u00e1 muitos suplementos nutricionais comercializados que dizem aumentar a for\u00e7a e a massa muscular. Entretanto, h\u00e1 uma grande controv\u00e9rsia sobre a efetividade destes suplementos.<\/p>\n<p>No estudo, ap\u00f3s analisar mais de 20 suplementos, apenas o nitrato e a cafe\u00edna mostraram evid\u00eancias de benef\u00edcios logo ap\u00f3s a ingest\u00e3o. A longo prazo, a creatina, as prote\u00ednas e os \u00e1cidos graxos \u00f4mega 3 apresentaram resultados na for\u00e7a ou na massa muscular.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo n\u00e3o encontrou suficientes provas que indique que o uso de suplementos como a glutamina ou o resveratrol pudesse ser efetivo. J\u00e1 outros casos, como o tribulos terrestres, a arginina e o alfa-ketoglutarato podem inclusive desenvolver efeitos adversos se consumidos em grande dose.<\/p>\n<p>O pesquisador Valenzuela afirma que \u00e9 importante aumentar o controle sobre os suplementos, que em geral s\u00e3o comercializados nas lojas.\u00a0 \u00c9 importante \u201cremarcar que outros estudos observaram que muitos suplementos comercializados cont\u00eam subst\u00e2ncias n\u00e3o especificadas\u201d.
