Segundo o estudo, o consumo de frutos secos numa dieta saud\u00e1vel poderia prevenir complica\u00e7\u00f5es de doen\u00e7as card\u00edacas e morte prematura em pessoas com diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo analisou 16.217 pessoas, entre homens e mulheres, antes e depois de serem diagnosticados com diabetes tipo 2. Os pesquisadores acompanharam durante v\u00e1rios anos os casos, consultando se consumiam ou n\u00e3o frutos secos.<\/p>\n<p>Os pesquisadores concluem que o consumo de todo tipo de frutos secos oferece alguns benef\u00edcios para o cora\u00e7\u00e3o, e os que d\u00e3o em \u00e1rvores mostravam uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o ainda maior como protetor para a sa\u00fade.
