Por\u00e9m, resultados do estudo devem ser vistos com cautela<\/h2>\n<p>Todo o mundo j\u00e1 ouviu algu\u00e9m dizer que \u00e9 importante tomar caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3, para dar a energia necess\u00e1ria para come\u00e7ar o dia. Diversos estudos cient\u00edficos tamb\u00e9m mostram que o caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 \u00e9 um h\u00e1bito saud\u00e1vel que pode diminuir o risco de algumas doen\u00e7as <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/jn\/article-abstract\/149\/1\/106\/5167902?redirectedFrom=fulltext\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">como diabetes tipos 2<\/a> e ajudar ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27184287\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">desenvolvimento cognitivo de crian\u00e7as<\/a>, por exemplo. Mas um estudo recente questiona os efeitos do caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 para quem quer perder peso: ajuda ou n\u00e3o?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Um estudo publicado recentemente na revista BMJ , a partir de uma an\u00e1lise de pesquisas cient\u00edficas sobre o tema, n\u00e3o encontra evid\u00eancias de que o consumo frequente de caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 consiga reduzir a ingest\u00e3o cal\u00f3rica di\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo tamb\u00e9m indica que, contra a cren\u00e7a popular, pular esta primeira refei\u00e7\u00e3o do dia n\u00e3o est\u00e1 associada ao aumento da fome pela tarde, ou em diferen\u00e7as no gasto energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n<p>Por\u00e9m, os autores do estudo alertam que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter cautela com os resultados do estudo j\u00e1 que muitas pesquisas n\u00e3o seguiram procedimentos amplos e estritos. \u201cDada que a qualidade dos estudos inclu\u00eddos em grande parte foi baixa, os resultados devem ser interpretados com cautela\u201d, recomendam os pesquisadores.<\/p>\n<p>Eles ressaltam tamb\u00e9m que o caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 pode ter diversos efeitos importantes para a sa\u00fade, mas que este estudo se centrou somente no controle do peso. Neste sentido, eles concluem que \u201c\u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter cautela ao recomendar o caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 para reduzir o peso em adultos, j\u00e1 que poderia ter o efeito oposto\u201d, explicam.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo foi realizado por pesquisadores da Escola de Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica e Medicina Preventiva da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monash.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidade de Monash<\/a>, em Melbourne, na Austr\u00e1lia. Foram analisados os resultados de 13 estudos, em que 7 serviram de dados para examinar os efeitos do consumo do caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 para a mudan\u00e7a de peso e dez foram usados para examinar os efeitos na ingest\u00e3o cal\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n<p>Estas pesquisas foram feitas em grande maioria nos Estados Unidos e no Reino Unido, nos \u00faltimos 28 anos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tim-spector.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tim Spector<\/a>, professor de epidemiologia gen\u00e9tica da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcs.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">King&#8217;s College School<\/a>, Reino Unido, comenta no editorial da revista BMJ sobre a import\u00e2ncia deste estudo.
