{"id":18702,"date":"2019-03-07T11:03:34","date_gmt":"2019-03-07T11:03:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=18702"},"modified":"2019-03-06T11:20:48","modified_gmt":"2019-03-06T11:20:48","slug":"funiber-dieta-microbioma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2019\/03\/07\/funiber-dieta-microbioma","title":{"rendered":"Estudos refor\u00e7am evid\u00eancias da rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre dieta, microbioma e sa\u00fade"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Publica\u00e7\u00f5es recentes mostram rela\u00e7\u00e3o cada vez mais evidente entre as dietas, a variedade de bact\u00e9rias intestinais e o desenvolvimento de doen\u00e7as<\/h2>\n<p>No intestino, as bact\u00e9rias podem desempenhar diversas influ\u00eancias para a sa\u00fade do corpo, e cada vez mais, a ci\u00eancia busca compreender a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, bact\u00e9rias intestinais e doen\u00e7as.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Recentemente, um estudo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41564-018-0337-x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">publicado na revista\u00a0<em>Nature Microbiology<\/em><\/a>,\u00a0 analisou o microbioma recolhido das fezes de 1.054 indiv\u00edduos que participaram \u00a0do\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vib.be\/en\/research\/Pages\/The%20Flemisch%20Gut%20Flora%20project.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Projeto Flamengo da Flora Intestinal<\/a>. Com a an\u00e1lise, encontraram que dois g\u00eaneros de bact\u00e9ria, as\u00a0<em>Coprococcus<\/em>\u00a0e as\u00a0<em>Dialister<\/em>, eram mais escassas nas pessoas que sofriam de depress\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A equipe de pesquisadores, liderada por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/profile\/Jeroen_Raes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jeroen Raes<\/a>, do Instituto Flamengo de Biotecnologia, da B\u00e9lgica, sugere que compostos produzidos pelas bact\u00e9rias s\u00e3o capazes de afetar o estado mental.<\/p>\n<p>Estudos anteriores desta equipe j\u00e1 haviam relacionado o consumo regular de iogurte com ecossistemas bacterianos intestinais mais diversificados, assim como acontece com o consumo de vinho e caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Outro grupo de pesquisadores, do Instituto de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e Sa\u00fade da Universidade de Qingdao, na China, investigaram os efeitos de dietas com grande quantidade de gordura para os microbiomas, e o desenvolvimento de doen\u00e7as.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gut.bmj.com\/content\/early\/2019\/01\/18\/gutjnl-2018-317609.info\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Neste estudo<\/a>, os pesquisadores analisaram os n\u00edveis de gordura na dieta de adultos jovens saud\u00e1veis na China, num total de 217 participantes com idade entre os 18 e os 35 anos, com peso normal. No estudo, os participantes foram divididos em tr\u00eas grupos diet\u00e9ticos sendo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baixa em gordura \u2013 equivalente ao 20% da ingest\u00e3o de energia<\/li>\n<li>Gordura moderada \u2013 equivalente ao 30% da ingest\u00e3o de energia<\/li>\n<li>Alta em gordura \u2013 equivalente a 40% da ingest\u00e3o de energia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O estudo analisou o impacto desta dieta ao longo de seis meses, atrav\u00e9s de mostras de sangue e an\u00e1lise de fezes tomadas ao in\u00edcio e ao final do seis meses.<\/p>\n<p>No resultado, todos perderam peso, mas os que levavam uma dieta baixa em gordura perderam mais. O volume geral de bact\u00e9rias n\u00e3o se alterou, mas o n\u00famero de bact\u00e9rias ben\u00e9ficas aumentou no grupo que seguia uma dieta baixa em gorduras.<\/p>\n<p>De forma contr\u00e1ria, as bact\u00e9rias ben\u00e9ficas para a sa\u00fade se reduziram no grupo que manteve uma dieta alta em gordura, e algumas bact\u00e9rias associadas \u00e0 diabetes tipo 2 aumentaram tamb\u00e9m entre estes participantes.
