Boas fontes de c\u00e1lcio s\u00e3o o leite, o iogurte, queijo e verduras de folhas verdes. Os alimentos com vitamina D incluem o leite fortificado, sujo de laranja, o salm\u00e3o e o atum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">O exerc\u00edcio tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante para a sa\u00fade \u00f3ssea. Nos Estados Unidos, o centro de Servi\u00e7os Preventivos recomenda as mamografias a cada 2 anos a partir dos 50 anos de idade e e diz que a decis\u00e3o de come\u00e7ar a fazer os exames antes dos 50 deve ser uma decis\u00e3o pessoal baseada nos benef\u00edcios e riscos que esta ocasiona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A maioria das mulheres devem continuar a detec\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00e2ncer cervical de forma regular com o exame do Papanicolau. Seu m\u00e9dico tamb\u00e9m pode oferecer o exame do v\u00edrus do papiloma humano (HPV pela sigla em ingl\u00eas). Este v\u00edrus \u00e9 a causa principal de c\u00e2ncer cervical. Seu m\u00e9dico pode recomendar a frequ\u00eancia da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o destes exames.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A detec\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e2ncer de c\u00f3lon \u00e9 recomendado para mulheres e homens que est\u00e3o em risco m\u00e9dio a partir dos 50 anos de idade.
