Eles regulam mecanismos fisiol\u00f3gicos de acordo com a hora do dia, e manter as rotinas de hor\u00e1rios para acordar, mover-se, alimentar-se e dormir ajuda a regularizar os processos metab\u00f3licos do corpo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Por\u00e9m, segundo um estudo recente divulgado pela revista Scientific Reports, novas c\u00e9lulas de gordura podem afetar estes ciclos, j\u00e1 que as c\u00e9lulas adiposas t\u00eam um rel\u00f3gio interno pr\u00f3prio. Estes ritmos se mostraram independentes de fatores externos como, por exemplo, a luz e a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A an\u00e1lise dos resultados deste estudo indicam que os genes presentes dentro das c\u00e9lulas adiposas conseguem realizar suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es em diferentes momentos do dia, o que poderia afetar o metabolismo no corpo.<\/p>\n<p>No estudo, realizado por pesquisadores da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surrey.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidade de Surrey<\/a>\u00a0(Reino Unido), participaram 7 homens saud\u00e1veis que se submeteram a uma experimento. Eles deveriam seguir ciclos regulados de sono e vig\u00edlia, antes de come\u00e7ar o teste. Ent\u00e3o, os participantes experimentaram uma rotina de 37 horas, sem mudan\u00e7as, e livres de influ\u00eancias externas. O objetivo do m\u00e9todo era conseguir ritmos circadianos conduzidos de maneira principal pelo pr\u00f3prio corpo.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a an\u00e1lise do tecido gordo dos participantes, a equipe de pesquisadores, liderada pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surrey.ac.uk\/people\/jonathan-johnston\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dr. \u00a0Jonathan Johnston<\/a>, identificou 727 genes que expressavam um pr\u00f3prio ritmo circadiano, muitos deles desempenhando fun\u00e7\u00f5es metab\u00f3licas importantes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOs tecidos compostos por c\u00e9lulas gordas n\u00e3o apenas armazenam o excesso de energia, s\u00e3o tecidos metab\u00f3licos ativos, cheios de seus pr\u00f3prios ritmos\u201d, disse o doutor Dr. Johnston. \u201cEsta \u00e9 a primeira vez que conseguimos identificar tais ritmos na gordura humana.
