Em entrevista, ele comenta sobre alguns aprendizados de sua experi\u00eancia<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/galleryteachers.com\/profile\/steve-hirschhorn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Steve Hirschhorn<\/a> \u00e9 um reconhecido formador de professores de ingl\u00eas como segunda l\u00edngua, que j\u00e1 esteve em diversos pa\u00edses como Peru, China, Alemanha, R\u00fassia, entre outros.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ele leva 40 anos treinando professores sobre metodologias para aprender o ingl\u00eas, e tem fama de inovar nas atividades em que participa. O ex-diretor de ingl\u00eas como l\u00edngua estrangeira da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westminster.ac.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidade de Westminster,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westminster.ac.uk\/about-us\/our-people\/directory\/paterson-richard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ken Paterson<\/a>, disse que Steve Hirschhorn, ap\u00f3s treino na universidade, \u201cfoi capaz de trazer seu amplo conhecimento de metodologia e treinamento de professores, fornecendo-nos o equil\u00edbrio exato de conselhos sensatos e cr\u00edticas construtivas\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n<p>Durante entrevista para o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eflmagazine.com\/interview-with-steve-hirschorn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">site EFL Magazine<\/a>, o treinador ressaltou a experi\u00eancia dele nestas quatro d\u00e9cadas ensinando professores, e conclui que \u201cdiferentemente dos meus in\u00edcios como professor, agora eu sinto que atrav\u00e9s da pesquisa \u00e9 poss\u00edvel construir o conhecimento em nossa \u00e1rea. Isso \u00e9 essencial para compreender o que n\u00f3s e nossos alunos est\u00e3o fazendo e porqu\u00ea\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n<p>Uma das quest\u00f5es que ele tenta passar para os professores \u00e9 a import\u00e2ncia de criar conex\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas entre os estudos publicados com pesquisas da \u00e1rea e o que \u00e9 feito no dia-a-dia. Por outro lado, ele critica os pesquisadores e acad\u00eamicos que concentram os estudos numa linguagem inacess\u00edvel para os professores. Segundo Steve, as pesquisas \u201cpodem ajudar a explicar por que n\u00f3s fazemos, ou n\u00e3o fazemos, certas coisas. N\u00f3s temos um longo caminho a percorrer antes de compreender totalmente os processos relacionados com a aprendizagem de uma l\u00edngua\u201d, comenta.<\/p>\n<p>Recentemente, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eflmagazine.com\/communicative-language-testing%EF%BB%BF\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Steve publicou um artigo sobre provas de habilidade lingu\u00edstica comunicativa<\/a>. Segundo comenta, na entrevista, ele criou um teste h\u00e1 cinco anos, e o aplicou em pa\u00edses como a R\u00fassia e a Bulg\u00e1ria.
