Este ano a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o foi dedicada a promover um envelhecimento saud\u00e1vel sob o lema: \u201cA boa sa\u00fade acrescenta vida aos anos\u201d. Passada a festa da sa\u00fade, por\u00e9m, a Sociedade Espanhola de M\u00e9dicos Gerais e da Fam\u00edlia (SEMG) decidiu promover entre os cidad\u00e3os uma s\u00e9rie de pr\u00e1ticas que permitir\u00e1 que as pessoas mantenham sua sa\u00fade em \u00f3timo estado. Os m\u00e9dicos da SEMG recomendam levar em conta sete medidas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o, e, embora algumas pare\u00e7am \u00f3bvias, t\u00eam um grande impacto na sa\u00fade. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Os especialistas recomendam:<\/p>\n<p>1.- Manter uma dieta equilibrada e saud\u00e1vel, evitando o consumo de t\u00f3xicos (como o tabaco, \u00e1lcool, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>2.- Evitar o sedentarismo e praticar algum tipo de exerc\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>3.- Ser respons\u00e1vel pela pr\u00f3pria sa\u00fade, procurando consultar o m\u00e9dico e cumprir os tratamentos indicados.<\/p>\n<p>4.- Cuidar de nossa sa\u00fade mental, evitando o estresse, procurando uma boa qualidade de sono e estabelecer distra\u00e7\u00f5es saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>5.- Evitar as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de risco que podem nos conduzir a acidentes.<\/p>\n<p>6.- Evitar a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o prolongada ao sol, mesmo usando protetor solar.<\/p>\n<p>7.- Procurar manter um enfoque preventivo em tudo que est\u00e1 relacionado \u00e0 sua sa\u00fade.
