No entanto, esta regenera\u00e7\u00e3o neuronal pode ser afetada em pessoas com doen\u00e7a do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/gerontologia\/2019\/03\/23\/funiber-alzheimer-atrofia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alzheimer<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Um estudo cient\u00edfico mostrou que h\u00e1 uma regenera\u00e7\u00e3o neuronal at\u00e9 idades tardias. Ao contr\u00e1rio das confirma\u00e7\u00f5es de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores neste campo que afirmavam que o c\u00e9rebro humano n\u00e3o gerava novos neur\u00f4nios depois de nascer.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O estudo foi publicado na revista <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41591-019-0375-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nature<\/a> e foi realizado por Mar\u00eda Llorens-Mart\u00edn, pesquisadora da Universidade Aut\u00f4noma de Madri (UAM). Confirma que h\u00e1 uma neurog\u00eanese ou processo de gera\u00e7\u00e3o neuronal mesmo ap\u00f3s 90 anos.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, os resultados da pesquisa sugerem que esse processo pode ser retardado em pessoas que sofrem de Alzheimer. Para a extra\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados dessa linha, os pesquisadores utilizaram uma amostra de 13 indiv\u00edduos saud\u00e1veis \u200b\u200be 45 pacientes com comprometimento cognitivo causado pela doen\u00e7a em quest\u00e3o. As conclus\u00f5es indicam que h\u00e1 uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o dr\u00e1stica na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de novos neur\u00f4nios para as pessoas que sofrem com isso e que continua a diminuir \u00e0 medida que a doen\u00e7a avan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo conseguiu criar alguma controv\u00e9rsia com investiga\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores que revelaram resultados conflitantes. O grupo liderado por Llorens-Martin diz que, embora haja uma pequena redu\u00e7\u00e3o na taxa de regenera\u00e7\u00e3o neuronal em pessoas saud\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bna idade adulta, &#8220;em si uma neurog\u00eanese adulta observado no hipocampo do c\u00e9rebro humano ao longo da vida, pelo menos at\u00e9 os 97 anos de idade dos participantes do estudo &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Para os pesquisadores, esta \u00e9 uma grande descoberta cient\u00edfica no estudo de doen\u00e7as neurodegenerativas. Especialmente para a doen\u00e7a de Alzheimer, uma vez que a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o substancial na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de novos neur\u00f4nios poderia ser um dos novos principais indicadores da doen\u00e7a que ajudou a obter diagn\u00f3sticos prematuros.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nesse sentido, a detec\u00e7\u00e3o precoce de uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de novos neur\u00f4nios poderia ser um marcador precoce da doen\u00e7a.
