Em 2015, foram registrados os piores n\u00fameros que refletiam a falta de paridade. Nesse ano, apenas 34% das elei\u00e7\u00f5es dos novos CMOs tiveram mulheres como protagonistas.<\/p>\n<p>Outro relat\u00f3rio, preparado pelo consultor norte-americano <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spencerstuart.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Spencer Stuart<\/a>, acrescentou que, das cem marcas com mais presen\u00e7a nos Estados Unidos, um ter\u00e7o delas tinha uma OCM feminina. A regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de seus sal\u00e1rios e seu patrim\u00f4nio com o dos homens ainda n\u00e3o foi alcan\u00e7ada, segundo a empresa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equilar.com\/blogs\/325-highest-paid-cmos.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Equilar<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Essa posi\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m se torna cada vez mais importante nas equipes de gerenciamento. Em setembro passado, foi anunciado que <a href=\"https:\/\/es.linkedin.com\/in\/martina-rothe-obregon-2bb1826\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Martina Obreg\u00f3n<\/a>, CMO da Freixenet desde 2011, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavanguardia.com\/local\/barcelona\/20190919\/47479773999\/freixenet-refuerza-su-equipo-directivo-con-martina-obregon-y-ferran-sostres.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">passaria a fazer parte do Comit\u00ea Executivo.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Um estudo de 2019 sobre lacunas de g\u00eanero, editado pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caf.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Banco de Desenvolvimento da Am\u00e9rica Latina (CAF)<\/a>, forneceu dados sobre a atual situa\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego: \u201cUma das lacunas mais marcantes entre homens e mulheres se manifesta na decis\u00e3o b\u00e1sica de emprego: participar ou n\u00e3o do mercado de trabalho. Em m\u00e9dia, na Am\u00e9rica Latina, enquanto 95% dos homens adultos (25 a 54 anos) trabalham ou procuram emprego ativamente, essa propor\u00e7\u00e3o cai para 66% no caso das mulheres. Entre as pessoas empregadas, a diferen\u00e7a de g\u00eanero nas horas trabalhadas tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 acentuada: uma m\u00e9dia de 40 horas por semana entre mulheres versus 48 horas entre homens.<\/p>\n<p>A situa\u00e7\u00e3o conjugal e a educa\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o os dois fatores registrados no estudo como causas diretas desses baixos \u00edndices de empregabilidade.
