{"id":20761,"date":"2019-11-18T05:58:57","date_gmt":"2019-11-18T10:58:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=20761"},"modified":"2019-11-18T05:58:57","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T10:58:57","slug":"funiber-cafe-microbiota","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2019\/11\/18\/funiber-cafe-microbiota","title":{"rendered":"Estudo sugere que caf\u00e9 \u00e9 bom para microbiota intestinal"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Pesquisadores associam o consumo de caf\u00e9 com a diversidade da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2019\/06\/13\/funiber-microbiota-saude\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">microbiota<\/a> a partir da mucosa, e a presen\u00e7a de g\u00eaneros de bact\u00e9rias ben\u00e9ficos<\/h2>\n<p>Durante a<a href=\"https:\/\/acgmeetings.gi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Reuni\u00e3o Cient\u00edfica Anual 2019<\/a>, do Col\u00e9gio Americano de Gastrenterologia, que ocorreu entre os dias 25 e 30 de outubro na cidade San Antonio (Estados Unidos), os pesquisadores Li Jiao e Shawn Gurwara, ambos professores do Col\u00e9gio de Medicina Baylor,\u00a0 mostraram os resultados de um estudo desenvolvido com o caf\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>No estudo, eles relacionaram os v\u00ednculos do consumo da bebida com a sa\u00fade da microbiota intestinal. Diversos estudos j\u00e1 demonstraram que o consumo de caf\u00e9 pode ser muito bom para a sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Eles buscaram explicar o porqu\u00ea da cafe\u00edna produzir este efeito ben\u00e9fico para a microbiota intestinal. Para o estudo, os pesquisadores analisaram 34 participantes que passaram por uma colonoscopia e uma endoscopia. Com a mostra de 97 biopsias da mucosa do c\u00f3lon eles conseguiram realizar uma an\u00e1lise que logo foi comparada com os h\u00e1bitos de consumo de caf\u00e9, segundo o informado em question\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>A equipe dividiu o grupo de consumidores de caf\u00e9 em:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alto<\/strong> \u2013 ao menos 82,9 miligramas por dia<\/li>\n<li><strong>Baixo<\/strong> \u2013 menos de 82,9 miligramas por dia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Os resultados do estudo mostraram que entre os que consomem mais caf\u00e9, h\u00e1 maior presen\u00e7a das bact\u00e9rias Faecalibacterium e Roseburia, e menos de Erysipelatoclostridium.
