{"id":20881,"date":"2019-12-06T07:23:29","date_gmt":"2019-12-06T12:23:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.funiber.org\/pt\/?p=20881"},"modified":"2019-12-04T07:36:59","modified_gmt":"2019-12-04T12:36:59","slug":"funiber-dietas-indigenas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.funiber.blog\/pt\/saude-e-nutricao\/2019\/12\/06\/funiber-dietas-indigenas","title":{"rendered":"Os benef\u00edcios das dietas ind\u00edgenas e tradicionais para a sa\u00fade"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>A FAO ressalta a necessidade de iniciativas que promovam e facilitem uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o mais nutritiva \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, no modelo das dietas ind\u00edgenas e tradicionais<\/h2>\n<p>Durante evento realizado no final de novembro, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/brasil\/pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para a Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e a Agricultura (FAO)<\/a> defendeu as dietas tradicionais e ind\u00edgenas como alternativa sustent\u00e1vel e saud\u00e1vel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O aumento do n\u00famero de pessoas com obesidade e sobrepeso, um problema de sa\u00fade global, est\u00e1 relacionado \u00e0s atuais condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida das grandes cidades, e de um sistema que facilita o consumo de alimentos ultraprocessados e de forma r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, o diretor geral da FAO, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/news\/story\/pt\/item\/1203805\/icode\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Qu Dongyu<\/a>, ressaltou a import\u00e2ncia de tonar os alimentos tradicionais \u201cdispon\u00edveis e acess\u00edveis\u201d, principalmente para os grupos sociais mais vulner\u00e1veis, com o prop\u00f3sito de melhorar a sa\u00fade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto as dietas ind\u00edgenas como as chamadas dietas tradicionais oferecem alimentos com um cozimento mais lento, sem a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de subst\u00e2ncias para mudar o sabor, a apar\u00eancia ou para conservar mais tempo.<\/p>\n<p>Nestas dietas, a op\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 por alimentos de aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o, com abundante presen\u00e7a de frutas, legumes, verduras e gr\u00e3os inteiros. O valor nutritivo \u00e9 superior, e portanto, mais ben\u00e9ficas para a sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Qu Dongyu fez um chamamento a todos para que se unam for\u00e7as para que iniciativas possam redescobrir o valor destas dietas, especialmente para os mais jovens.
