O principal objetivo deste modelo \u00e9 alcan\u00e7ar uma negocia\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente por meio de um processo que busca identificar e satisfazer os interesses de cada parte.<\/li>\n<li>Modelo circular-narrativo: este modelo busca uma melhor rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre as partes, al\u00e9m da conclus\u00e3o de um acordo.<\/li>\n<li>Modelo transformativo: neste modelo, o conflito \u00e9 considerado uma oportunidade de crescimento e de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o moral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Na Espanha, a t\u00e9cnica de media\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 regulamentada no Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado (BOE), na Ley 5\/2012, de 6 de julho, sobre media\u00e7\u00e3o em quest\u00f5es civis e comerciais, onde essa t\u00e9cnica tem um papel fundamental para solu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas. O documento indica que os tribunais intervir\u00e3o quando as partes n\u00e3o chegarem a um acordo atrav\u00e9s de uma via extrajudicial.<\/p>\n<p>Os benef\u00edcios de incorporar esta metodologia no mundo empresarial s\u00e3o variados. Primeiramente, as solu\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o mais r\u00e1pidas e menos dispendiosas.
