How organizations and consumers are embracing voice and chat assistants\u201d ressalta que, em tr\u00eas anos, 73% dos motoristas usar\u00e3o assistentes de voz.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, o uso mais comum desses dispositivos est\u00e1 ligado ao controle da navega\u00e7\u00e3o e da m\u00fasica. O uso dessa tecnologia \u00e9 muito recente. Segundo este relat\u00f3rio, 40% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o que come\u00e7ou a usar assistentes de voz o fez no ano passado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNossa pesquisa tamb\u00e9m mostrou que muitos dos clientes est\u00e3o satisfeitos com a experi\u00eancia de assistente de voz. Curiosamente, os n\u00edveis de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o um pouco mais altos (71%) para assistentes de voz em telefones, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com dispositivos como o Google Home ou o Amazon Echo (62%).
